Most clients notice changes within 2-4 weeks and significant results within 10 - 12 weeks when attending regularly.

Bring water, a small towel, grip socks, and wear comfortable workout clothing.
If you forget anything don’t worry - we have water, towels and grip socks available for purchase in studio.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time to check in and get settled.
For first-time clients, the cut off is 5 minutes before class. This allows us to provide a proper introduction to the equipment and ensure you are set up safely and correctly.
We have a strict no-entry policy once class has commenced. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter for safety and to avoid disruption.
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or safety concerns before class begins so we can provide appropriate modifications and ensure you train safely.
